Rebuilding Phase Of The Cleanse Last Monday, we started the rebuilding portion of the cleanse. We are now able to introduce soy sauce, vinegar, tofu, popcorn, nuts, legumes, dried fruit, and fruit juice back into our diets. I’m so excited!
