Oral-B Power Of Dad & Oral-B Deep Sweep TRIACTION 1000 Power Toothbrush

With Father’s Day coming up, it brings up memories of growing up with my fathers, my biological Dad and Stepdad.  I’d have to say I have more positive memories from growing up with my Stepdad and those moments are the most memorable and have made the most impact in my life.   It’s not very often one says that about their stepparents, but he is definitely one of a kind and has made a lot of effort to to step in where my Dad has failed as a father.

One memory that especially sticks out is when my Mom gave birth to his first biological child, Jannelle.  He was smiling ear to ear and how contagious the joy was for the rest of the family!  You could tell he was a very proud dad and he has been an excellent father to all of us children, including all 4 of his stepdaughters.  Thinking back to the day still lights up my day and I’m so thankful he has taken an active role in our lives!  I’m sure we all have fathers or father figures in our lives that have meant the world to us and have brighten up our days with their smiles. Deep Sweep TRIACTION 1000 Power Toothbrush

Speaking of smiles and fathers, Oral B is celebrating the Power Of Dad this Father’s Day!  Oral-B created a video that celebrates the power of a father’s smile by reminding viewers of all those moments where our father’s smile has meant so much to us.  This Father’s Day, Oral-B is encouraging sons and daughters everywhere to help their fathers keep their smile happy and healthy for years to come by giving them the gift of an Oral-B Power Brush.

My father was not in my life.
I had 3 children with my first husband and was married to him just about 25 years; but, he was never around – he always worked on the road, or nights.
BUT, my present husband is the ULTIMATE father to our 14 year old daughter. Although he is in his early 60’s, he jumps on the trampoline with her, takes her hunting & fishing, plays guitar with her, does whatever she asks of him. She is so lucky to have him as her father – and I’m very blessed to be married to my soul mate and best friend.
