Walt Disney Treasure Buddies Blu-ray DVD Combo Pack Mom Review:

Here’s a movie my kids have been dying to see!  They are such big fans of the Disney Buddies movies that they insist to see every one that comes out.  Now that Walt Disney Treasure Buddies is now available on Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital versions, you can be assured they were wondering when they would get to see the movie.

As soon as our copy of Walt Disney Treasure Buddies came to our door, they were anxious to get the movie started right away.  I had to stall them and reminded them that they had to finish their school work for the day before we could take a break and watch Walt Disney Treasure Buddies.  You can bet their school work was done in record timing!

Walt Disney Treasure Buddies was a little different from the other movies.  This time, we were taken to another  part of world- all the way to Egypt and introduced to a different culture.  It was neat for my kids to see the different landscapes in a Middle East setting since it’s so different than what they’re used to seeing in Alaska.

Their favorite part was when one of the Buddies saw a mirage while in the dessert and thought there was food!  He started rolling in the “food” and ended up with a mouthful of sand instead while the rest of the puppies looked on wondering what was going on with their brother.  The giggles from my children during this scene was never ending and there are plenty more humorous scenes where that came from!

My kids were in agreement that they did not like the villainous character of the hairless cat.  I couldn’t help but chuckle inside myself at her hissing as I found her to be comical.  The kids still say she’s a very bad cat.  LOL!

If your kids are into the Disney Buddies movie like mine are, Walt Disney Treasure Buddies will be an easy win!  Little puppies with big personalities seem to irresistible, at least for my children.  What child couldn’t love adorable puppies and a bit of comic relief and adventure?!

Walt Disney Treasure Buddies Movie Synopsis:

The Buddies are off on an all new adventure, and this time their journey takes them all the way to the ruins of ancient Egypt where, with the help of new friends, including Digger the Archeologist dog, Cammy, a baby camel, and a mischievous monkey named Babi, they’ll explore mysterious tombs, dodge treacherous booby  traps, and race against a devious cat in search of the greatest treasure known to animalkind, the lost collar of Cleocatra.
