Review: Kraft Milkbite Bars

Kraft MilkBite Bars Review Blessings Abound Mommy

Kraft Milkbite Bars Mom Review:

Our family likes to snack on granola bars, especially homemade ones.  It’s a yummy healthy treat that usually packs a whole bunch of nutrition in one bar.  So when I heard Kraft came out with MilkBite Milk & Granola Bars, I was all over giving them a try!  Kraft MilkBite Bars are granola bars with fruits or nuts that are made with milk and contain the calcium of an 8 oz. glass of milk.  They contain 140 calories, 5 grams of protein, 7 grams of whole grains, and is a good source of vitamin D and fiber.  The MilkBite Bars are made without high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, or preservatives and come in 5 different tasty flavors:  Mixed Berry, Peanut Butter, Chocolate, Strawberry, and Oatmeal Raisin.

I received Kraft MilkBite Bars in both strawberry and chocolate flavors and they are hands down delicious!  My favorite was the chocolate Kraft MilkBite Bars, although I liked the strawberry MilkBite Bars a lot too.  These Kraft MilkBite Bars are not your ordinary, run of the mill granola bars.  For one, these MilkBite Bars require refrigeration and are moist, creamy, and chewy, rather than hard and crunchy.  Each bite delivers a satisfying mouthful of nutritious granola and calcium that is healthy for both adults and children alike and tastes more like dessert than a healthful snack.

Our family performed a taste test between Kraft MilkBite Bars and a couple other varieties of granola bars.  We cut them up in bite size pieces and had each family member try a bite of each granola bar that was available.  It was no contest as Kraft MilkBite Bars was the clear winner from the start!  I think they were much easier for my little ones to eat and they love that the Kraft MilkBite Bars were brimming with more flavor than the other granola bars they tasted.

I can’t wait until February 13th, when they start showing up in stores!  The chocolate Kraft MilkBite Bars are definitely on my list and I’m hoping to try the other varieties that I haven’t had a chance to sample yet.  You can locate Kraft MilkBite Bars next to the yogurt in a grocery store or superstore near you!

Where To Buy:  Kraft MilkBite Bars retails for $3.49 a box and can be found in the refrigerated aisle in your local grocery stores and superstores.
