Last year’s global toy sensation, Teacup Piggies, are back this holiday season in a new winter wonderland. New winter themed piggy fashions and accessories are sure to turn heads at this fall’s Teacup Fashion show.

Teacup Piggies, by Toy Teck, are six-inch miniature versions of real teacup pigs. Each interactive piggy speaks over 25 phrases and comes with its own teacup, accessories, and birth certificate.  New Teacup Piggies will be available at all major retailers nationwide including Walmart, Toys “R” Us, Target, K-mart, Radio Shack.

Teacup Piggy Mom Review:

Teacup Piggies are all the rage her in my home.  How could a child resist an upbeat 6” miniature piggy that comes with its own tea cup and bottle?!  Recently, we received the Allegra Teacup Piggy and one Winter Wonderland Fashion Set for review.  Right away, Patience, my 19 month old baby, took to the Teacup Piggy and claimed it as her own.  How she would giggle and smile every time she interacted with her Teacup Piggy, Allegra!

Allegra didn’t waste any time letting us know that she liked to sing (which makes sense given her name) as well as 24 other phrases like LOL and Awesome.  This Teacup Piggy was able to teach Patience to say, “Love it!”  It was so heartwarming and adorable when she’d repeat this phrase from her Teacup Piggy! She also likes to feed her piggy as well as give her tons of kisses. She hardly wants to part with her Teacup Piggy to share with her siblings who are also equally enamored with Allegra. There are some days when the phrases are too much, but I love that there is a handy switch on the underside of the Teacup Piggy’s tummy to switch it off when appropriate or when I’m not in the mood for loud noises.

The Winter Fashion Set we received was so cute too!  With a pink sweater, pink and purple ear muffs with matching scarf, and denim skirt, Allegra was outfitted in a winter ensemble dressed to the nines!  The earmuffs were easy for my kids to put on by placing it directly on top of Allegra’s head, but the scarf was a little more challenging for their little fingers to snap the front of the scarf together.  Other than that, my kids had no problems dressing her up in her Winter Wonderland Fashion Set and have already voiced wanting to start collecting the rest of the fashion sets in the Winter Wonderland Collection.
