Lately with all the preparations and packing to get ready for the big move, I’ve come to have a new appreciation for convenience foods. There are days when I can barely squeeze in a homemade meal for my family and those convenience foods have been a huge help lately. Recently, I was sent the new Betty Crocker Loaded Instant Mashed Potatoes to try out and this has come in handy when I’m pressed for time in the kitchen!

I was preparing one of my family’s favorite meals: moose steaks with roasted yellow squash and zucchini. I just knew these loaded instant mashed potatoes would fit right in!
