I loved browsing through at all the cutesie designs Hopscotch Tees had available. I spotted the Tea Party shirt and instantly thought of my daughter, Liberty, as she loves to put on tea parties for her dolls and stuffed animals. Once I added her name, date of birth, and where we lived, the shirt came out to say Liberty’s Tea Party in green cursive print on the top and Serving sweets and treets in Alaska since 2006 in smaller pink print underneath. Isn’t that so sweet?! I thought it was darling and she was very excited to own a shirt with her name and special tidbits about her on it. She made sure that her siblings knew that the tee had her name on it and you can tell she certainly felt like she was someone special, just like she should!
I had ordered the shirt in a size 4 and as you can see in the picture, it is a little big, which is great because Liberty doesn’t actually turn 4 years old until May so it has room for her to grow. Even after repeated washings (she had spilled some of her spagetti onto her shirt and I had to soak it quite a few times to get it out), the shirt didn’t shrink at all and showed no signs of pilling and the image on the shirt was still looking brand new as ever. I especially liked that I go the shirt very quickly (within a week’s time) as most personalized gifts can take up to several weeks after you order them before you receive them.
