Through the Mom Trials: As a mom who is concerned with using toxic cleaners in her home and likes to look for alternatives to chemical laden home cleaners, I was thrilled to receive a Steamboy™ T1 Steam Floor Mop from Reliable Corporation for review! This is chemical free cleaning at its best and I have been beyond impressed with the results from this steam mop!

This amazing steam mop is a joy to use and gets my hardwood floors and tile floors clean and sanitary quickly and effortlessly! Assembling the mop unit was a cinch with only a few parts to put together and a screw driver is the only tool you need to do the job. Within a few minutes, I had it ready to use and ready for tough, cleaning action.

All you need to do to operate the steam mop is to fill the water reservoir, place a microfiber pad to the head of the mop, and plug it in. There’s no complicated buttons or steps to take. As soon as it’s plugged in, the mop starts heating up and it’s ready to use. For more hard to scrub stains, there’s a trigger on the handle so you can squirt some water to help loosen the dirt and grime.

The combination of hot steam and dirt grabbing microfiber pads cleaned both my hardwood and tile floors well without having to exert hardly any pressure or energy. The steam mop itself is light weight and compact for easy maneuvering and storing. I like the fact you don’t have to use any cleaners whatsoever to clean the floors and that within 8 seconds of applying the mop head to the surface, the steam actually sanitizes floor surfaces and with the carpet glide attachment cleans and sanitizes mattresses, carpets, and rugs too!

A great plus about the Steamboy™ T1 Steam Floor Mop is that there are no mop buckets filled with cleaner to haul around and that it doesn’t leave your floors slippery or wet. This is wonderful for our household filled with small children who are prone to slipping on even damp floor surfaces. My floors are gleaming clean without the use of toxic chemicals and cuts the time of cleaning floors in half!
