I always take water with us when we go to the park
make sure to stay hydrated.
Use sunscreen and drink a lot of fluids.
If you go to a big amusement park, make a detailed map of where you parked.
always put on sunscreen!
Thanks for the giveaway…My tip: watch your kids when they are around water !!! (i.e swimming pool, lake, beach, etc.)
Before we go out, I take sandwich bags full of ice & paper towels inside. When the ice melts, we use it to wash our hands and the towels to clean our faces.
