Babycapes: Innovative Outerwear for Little Ones!

We went to the zoo recently and I was able to use it in conjunction with a baby carrier and it couldn’t have been easier or more convenient! Instead of Molly wearing a thick snowsuit and being bunched up in the carrier, we were both comfortable while I was wearing her. I also liked that she didn’t have to wear mittens as she kept her arms tucked in the cape where it kept her hands toasty warm. I don’t know about you but I’ve never had an infant that liked to wear mittens and would get mad whenever I would put mittens on them. I was also relieved that this could also double as a blanket or nursing cover so I didn’t have to drag more than I needed to bring with me on our trip. I love the buttery softness of the Sherpa lining and minky suede and it provides luxurious warmth and comfort for your baby or toddler. Molly likes to nuzzle her face in the soft hood and snuggle up with the bottom of the cape when she’s ready to nap in the car. The cape goes over the car seat harness so even if the weather fluctuates, you won’t need to adjust the straps every time the temperature gets colder or warmer. There’s nothing between your child and the car seat straps so you know that your baby is securely strapped in properly which increases their safety while riding in a vehicle. This cape works just as well for strollers and because the length of the cape isn’t overly long, you won’t have to worry about the bottom of it getting caught up in the wheels or dragging on the ground getting dirty.
